Discretion and safety
Which details an agency needs, what it keeps and which choices make the most difference in practice.
What is needed
A name, a phone number and an email address, plus an address for a home visit. Nothing more is needed to arrange an appointment, and an agency asking for more should be able to explain why.
Asking what is kept and for how long is a normal question. Serious agencies have an answer. An agency that avoids it does not deserve trust with information that matters.
Contact
Most agencies work by phone and messaging apps. A separate email address takes minutes to set up and keeps correspondence out of a shared inbox. Agencies do not send confirmations to a work address unless asked, and stating a preference up front is reasonable.
Where to meet
A hotel is the most common and the simplest choice: no explanation to neighbours, nothing to tidy, and neutral ground. A home visit is calmer and saves the cost of a room, but requires a living situation that allows it.
Small towns
Anyone living in a smaller place tends to book a hotel in the nearest city, or someone who does not live in the region. Both add travel time, and for many people that is the point.
Paying
Cash leaves the least behind. A transfer produces a line on a statement, with a description agencies normally keep neutral. Asking about that in advance is entirely usual.
Safety runs both ways
Agencies ask for real details because the person travelling to an unfamiliar address needs some certainty too. An agency that asks for nothing at all is not taking its own people seriously.
Editorial recommendation
For an example of what an agency commits to when an appointment does not go ahead, the guarantee page of The Men's Company is a reasonable reference.
Unpaid recommendation. highclassgigolo.nl has no commercial relationship with the agencies mentioned and receives nothing for bookings made there.
